Answer: Please call our Customer Service centre during business hours to confirm any part of our agreement.

Question: How do I pay my account?

Answer: Atlas Networks provides option to pay via B Pay and Credit Card payments. Payments via post with Cheque or money order are also accepted.

Question: Who do I call if I have a line fault.

Answer: Please call 1300 28 44 00, 24 Hours a day. Leave all the fault details and a Customer Service Mananger will attend to your request.
