124Yes
124YES allows you to dial '124YES' from your handset and request an operator to connect you to most publicly listed telephone numbers in Australia.
124YES is automatically available to all subscribers.
Caller ID
Caller ID is the ability to view the number of the person calling you. You can also show or restrict your number when making outgoing calls. To restrict your caller ID permanantly please call Atlas Networks Customer Service.
If you have Caller ID selected but wish to stop your Caller ID being received for the occasional call:
Dial 1831 and then the phone number you wish to call.
If you have chosen not to have Caller ID permanently activated but you wish to present your Caller ID to the party you are calling:
Dial 1832 and then the phone number you wish to call.
Missed Call Service
This service captures the Caller ID of incoming calls when you're unreachable, then sends an SMS message to you that includes the captured Caller ID, date and time of the missed call.
You are able to turn the Missed Call Service (MCS) on or off yourself at anytime without having to call.
There are 2 ways you can do this, they are:
Call 159 from their mobile,
Send an SMS message to 159 from their mobile with the message “On”.
VoiceMail
VoiceMail is a personal answering service that allows callers to leave voice messages for you.
To access your Voicemail dial 321
Call Hold/Call Waiting
This service alerts you via an audible 'beep' sent through the handset, that a second call is trying to get through when you are on another call. Users can employ standard key sequences to accept this call by itself, send it an engaged signal or place the current call on "hold" and answer the second call. Call Hold/Wait must be activated on the handset.
To turn the service on follow these steps, or consult your phone's user manual:
Press *43# and 'Send'
To turn the service off:
Press *43# and 'Send'
To answer a 'second' call:
Refer to your handset manufacturer's guide for directions on how to answer a ‘second' call and ‘swap' between calls.
International Roaming
International Roaming allows you to use your mobile phone while traveling overseas. Please call Atlas Networks Customer Support to enable or check that Internation Roaming is enabled for your mobile device.
